The Norwegian duo of Erik K. Skodvin and Otto A. Totland launched their Deaf Center project back in 2004 with the EP ‘Neon City’. Pitched somewhere between post-classical and ambient music, it presaged the brilliant combinations of samples and classical music of 2005 debut album ‘Pale Ravine’. Comes with a bonus remix of ‘Dial’ by Helios.
